What is your technical support policy?

We offer unlimited technical support via email free of charge. Usually we respond within a few hours during normal US business hours. Support requests received in the afternoon US EST (GMT-5:00) may sometimes be answered the next day. We don't provide telephone support unless you have made special arrangements with us in advance.

I think you can improve your software by adding a new very useful feature.

Please send us a feature request. The new functionality will probably be in the one of nearest versions.

Can I be sure that the personal information I supply is somehow protected against leaking?

The information you supply is used by Keezis for the stated purpose only, i.e. to get required information about the customer and, if necessary, to contact one for clarification. Personal information is fully guaranteed against being divulged outside Keezis without your permission.

What are system requirements for installing your software?
  • Processor: 1GHz Pentium processor or equivalent (Minimum)
  • RAM: 256 MB (Minimum)
  • Hard Disk: Up to 300 MB of available space may be required
  • CD or DVD Drive: Not required
  • Display: 1024 x 768 high color (Minimum)
