Leave & Sick Day Tracker

A simple, modern cloud application for tracking employee leave, sick days, and vacation balances. Built for offices of 5 to 100 people. No training required for staff to request time off — it's a single form. Approval and balance management is similarly straightforward for managers and HR.

Standard categories like vacation, sick, and personal — plus your community's specific categories like ceremony leave, bereavement, and cultural absence.

Year-end carryover rules

Configure your office's policies for what carries over, what expires, and what gets paid out. Different rules per leave type.

Single-approver, multi-step, or self-approval depending on the leave type and the employee's role. Email notifications to keep everyone in the loop.

Balance reports, accrual reports, and per-employee summaries. Export to Excel or PDF for council reporting.

A central place for tracking everything your office owns — furniture, computers, phones, equipment, vehicles. Know what you have, where it is, who has it, and when it needs replacing. Designed for the same small offices as the leave tracker.

One record per item. Categories, locations, assignment to staff, photos, purchase records, warranty status.

Track what staff have signed out — laptops, tools, vehicles. Returns logged with condition notes.
